Over the past 10 years, I have enjoyed working on international projects in Europe, the USA, and Latin America. I've done ERP/IT projects for 15+ clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. I work for ScheerIDS in the  Nederland where I focus on implementing SAP solutions worldwide. In our projects, we optimize business processes and translate business requirements into solid IT solutions. Followed by the realization and implementation of SAP solutions. My areas of expertise include: SAP Cloud ERP: SAP Business ByDesign, S/4 HANA Cloud, Project Management, Change Management, BPM, Senior Stakeholder Management, Business Process Management, Cutover Management, Integrations, Reporting, SAP Methodologies, Business Process Integration, and Providing End-user Training. During my spare time, I ride my mountain/race bike. I also have a huge passion for football, scuba-diving & backpacking.

Stefan Bauer is Marketing Manager at Scheer IDS Nederland, the boutique SAP consultancy that works on one thing only: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations under SAP GROW. Marketing is his role today, but ERP has been his field for more than 30 years — most of it with internationally operating organizations.

Stefan is based in the Rotterdam region. Outside work he is usually on a long-distance trail somewhere, preferably one that ends in a good wine region.
